Meeting and Events

A successful meeting requires good facilities, careful planning, professional staff and the right technical equipment. The hotels meeting facilities is located at the same level, with easy access and availability for guests and staff.

Clarion Hotel Ernst is a middle-sized hotel and we will have a conference capacity of 2 - 250 persons. Our new conference hall, MAX VOLUME, will be 310 m2, and may be devided into 2 equal sized conference rooms. Our new conference hall will open October 1. 2011.
The hall can also be used for banquets, concerts, shows, etc. It will be packed with unique lighting.

Wireless Internet is installed throughout the hotel. Free access of course. Also, in every conference room a service phone is available. Call us, and we will answer.

Our flexible conference rooms can easily be turned to minor group facilities. All together we have 7 group facilities, in addition to our hall of course. All in immediate range.
